    The Visual Journal with watercolor papers is wonderful. I have been using them for a few years now. The are great with wet on wet painting, mixed media, never had a problem. Not expensive, plus you can use both sides for practice.

    What a fun video! ❤😂 I find it helpful to use the pigment information... or at least look at it. Kuretake has their pigment information on their website. ❤

      @susanhansonart Yes, some of the pigments Kuretake uses seem questionable to me. But it's such a lovely palette. It's an excellent idea to be able to mix your own!❤️

    You can buy the kuretake pans individually but I have been wanting to make a professional quality travel palette myself so thank you for sharing!

    The pigment info is available on their website so that would probably help. Gansai by its nature it more opaque though so not all western style watercolor could accurately replicate that.
